Meanwhile your spouse is working out to his/her top CDs in the other end of the house. Your kids are in the home theater room with five of their friends watching the latest high definition DVD. All this from one system, easily controlled from keypads, touchscreens or remote controls. Gone are the stacks of stereos littering each surface.
Personal emergency response systems, or PERS, are home devices that connect your parent to a 24-hour call center with the push of a button. The transmitter is typically worn on a neck pendant or wristband, and it sends a signal to a receiver that's connected to the home telephone line. When your parent pushes the button, the staff at the call center evaluates the situation, deciding whether to call an ambulance or a designated friend or family member. With most PERS setups, your parent can talk with the call center staff from anywhere in the house. Add to your existing security system or have us quote a stand alone system.
Access control is the ability to permit or deny the use of a particular resource by a particular entity. Access control mechanisms can be used in managing physical resources such as entry doors to building, gated community, homeowner association resources, like pool and clubhouse access etc... or commercial application such as hotel key-card access. Access Control can also be for logical resources (a bank account, with a limited number of people authorized to make a withdrawal), or digital resources (for example, a private text document on a computer, which only certain users should be able to read).

Probably the most widely known use of CCTV is in security systems and such applications as retail shops, banks, government establishments, etc. The true scope for applications is almost unlimited. CCTV systems using the Analog technology generally do not require high resolution and more cameras are used to cover smaller areas. The IP Technology or use of the NVR and IP Cameras gives the customer the ability to use less cameras to cover large "wide view" areas because you do not lose digital integrity when you use the digital zoom feature to look at areas of particular interest. May Security uses the best brands and technology available to custom design and build a camera system to fit each customers individual needs and preferences.
